 相位调整器规格表

 针位调整器是裱纸机上用于微调面纸与底纸相对位置的装置，一般寿命为3-5年。

用在裱纸机上的日本生产的针位调整器型号一般为HDUA-20-160-0-G和FD-20-160-OG，其传动比为160。此类装置输入转速不超过500转/分钟，调节速度不超过100转/分钟。

在安装和使用此类针位调整器时，要注意以下几点：

（1） 安装时需注意自动力输入输出的方向为D侧输入，S侧输出。

（2） 要保证传动齿轮的加工精度及安装装配精度，确保其传动平稳，以减少震动。
